Wattsight is the successor of MKonline. Here, we do our best to answer the most frequently asked questions connected to the rebranding. You are welcome to contact us directly if you not find the answers you are looking for.

What changes will I notice?

Starting Jan. 19, 2018, all communication will be under our new name and logo, Wattsight. That day, we will launch a new public website and make some minor layout changes in our application. Our customers will have access to the same reliable products and services as before.

Will my contract still be valid?

All rights and obligations affiliated with MKonline in Markedskraft AS, will now be transferred to Wattsight AS, including all customer contracts. There are no changes to terms and conditions.

Are there any changes in ownership?

The demerger does not change the ownership of the company. Wattsight AS will have the same ownership structure as before with Arendal Fossekompani ASA as the majority owner.

What will your new website address be?

Starting Jan. 19, 2018, you'll be able to access our application at app.wattsight.com. Your username and password will remain the same. After Jan. 19, if you visit mkonline.com, you will be redirected to wattsight.com.

Will my username and password still be valid?

Yes, your username and password will remain the same. If you have forgotten your login credentials, you might want to request a new password by clicking "Forgot password"

Will there be changes to the data centre and API?

Yes, the URL for our data centre will change from download.mkonline.com to download.wattsight.com. However, you will be able to use download.mkonline.com until March 19, 2018, giving you plenty of time to apply the necessary changes in your systems. Contact our support team if you have additional questions.

How do I make payments?

From Jan. 1, 2018, our customers will receive invoices issued from our new legal entity, Wattsight AS. DNB ASA will be the main bank of Wattsight AS.

Will your company registration number and VAT number change?

Yes, our company registration number will be 920 151 965. Our VAT number will be NO920151965MVA.

Will your contact details change?

Our telephone numbers and postal address will remain the same, so please continue to use them as usual. Starting Jan. 19, 2018, our email addresses will end with @wattsight.com For example, sales@mkonline.com will become sales@wattsight.com. If you are writing to your account manager, the format of their initials will remain the same as now, e.g. ABC@wattsight.com. All emails sent to an MKonline email address will be forwarded to our new email addresses, giving you plenty of time to update your contact records.

Markedskraft AS will pay the invoices concerning Wattsight but issued to Markedskraft AS during a continuation period until Jan. 31, 2018. If Markedskraft receives Wattsight-related invoices after Jan. 31, 2018, they may need to be re-issued.
